The following information is provided to help you with budgeting for HI-TEC 2027. Registration will open in early March.
Individual Registration Rates
To help you in planning your budgets for 2027 HI-TEC, we are providing the rates below.
PRECONFERENCE
Mon–Tues, July 19–20

| Industry/Technology Tour | $150 |
MAIN CONFERENCE
Wed–Thur, July 21–22
| Early Bird Rate (By June 1) | $645 |
| Preregistration Rate (June 2–July 5) | $695 |
| Onsite Registration Rate (After July 5) | $745 |
| Presenter Rate (Must Register by June 15.) (Main conference presenters will be sent a discount code once accepted.) | $625 |
| Full-time Student Rate (Community college & high school students) | $325 |
Volume Registrations
HI-TEC attendance is largely made up of volume registrations. Volume registration discounts/pricing available HERE. Volume registrations can be purchased by any project who is funded by an NSF ATE award.

Use the link below to pay by credit card, check, or with a code issued by an NSF ATE sponsoring center.
Substitutions / Cancellations / Modifications
Substitutions, cancellations, and/or modifications should be made online. This can be done by clicking the “REGISTER ONLINE” button shown above and clicking “already registered” at the bottom of the first page. For cancellations made through July 5, a full refund will be issued. After July 5, there is no refund.
