HI-TEC 2027 Poster Session Proposal Form

  • All presenters must register for the main conference and pay the presenter registration fee of $625.
  • The lead presenter is responsible for communicating this information to the co-presenters.

Dear Proposer:

Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster session.
Please be aware that this form must be finished in a single session.
You will receive a copy of your submission via email.

Poster Times: This year, accepted posters are required to be manned during the exhibit hall reception on Wednesday, July 21, 9:45-10:15 a.m. (Exhibit Break) and 4:15-5:30 p.m. (Exhibit Reception). Posters must be manned during these times.
Each presentation will be displayed on one side of an 8’W x 4’H poster board with pushpins. No tables or equipment will be provided. Set up time is Tuesday from 4:00-7:00pm and Wednesday: 7:00-9:45am.
