Hotel Reservation Policies
- A credit card is required to book a room. The card will not be charged until check out.
- Early Departure Fee: A guest may be charged $239 fee as compensation for the harm caused to the Hotel by unscheduled early departures (an “Early Departure Fee”). An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
- Cancellation policy: Should a hotel room or suite reservation be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, one night’s room plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Travel Information
The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is located approximately 18 miles from the Renaissance Austin Hotel, with an average drive time of around 22 minutes.
Transportation Options
- Driving Directions: Use your preferred navigation app to easily find your way from AUS to the hotel. Self-parking is complimentary for conference attendees. (Driving directions to Renaissance Austin Hotel)
- Hotel Super Shuttle: Call 800-258-3826 for a convenient shuttle service to the hotel. Service is available on request, but it’s recommended that you arrange services 24 hours in advance.
- Rideshare Services: Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are readily available at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, offering direct drop-off at the hotel
- Taxi Services: Taxis are available at the airport ground transportation area, with approximate fares ranging from $40–$50 to the hotel, depending on traffic.
- Car Rentals: Multiple rental car agencies are located at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Self-parking is complimentary at the Renaissance Austin Hotel for conference attendees.
- Public Transportation: Capital Metro Bus (20 bus line) connects the airport to downtown Austin, where you can transfer to other routes heading toward the hotel. Visit Capital Metro’s website for schedules and routes.
