HI-TEC 2012 - Hotel and Travel Information

HOTEL / TRAVEL INFORMATION

HI-TEC 2012 will be held at the Denver Marriott Tech Center (CO), July 23-26. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the prestigious Denver Technological Center, near Greenwood Village, Centennial Airport, and shopping at Cherry Creek Mall. The hotel is 24 miles from Denver International Airport and just 12 miles from Downtown Denver. There are over 23 restaurants within walking distance or a short shuttle ride. (See area map.) The Marriott will provide complimentary shuttle within a 5-mile radius of the hotel. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the Light Rail Station which accesses Downtown Denver or Park Meadows Shopping Mall. For Denver Area Attractions, click here (page down for attractions).

Reservation Policies

- Purchase orders not accepted.

- A credit card is required when making your reservation, but will not be charged until check-out.

- Should reservation be cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, one night's room plus tax will be charged to credit card on file.

Denver Airport

Denver is serviced by the Denver International Airport (DEN), with many airlines available.

Airport Transportation

Super Shuttle is available for approximately $19 one-way or $38 roundtrip. To receive this discounted rate, go to

If making reservations at the Denver airport, go to the Super Shuttle desk and mention HI-TEC and discount code FTKJK to get the discounted rate.

Taxis are approximately $55 each way.

The estimated time from DEN to the Denver Marriott Tech Center is 35-40 minutes depending on traffic. This does not include shuttle stops.
