Call for Proposals

There are three opportunities to present at the HI-TEC conference.

  1. Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (FAQ: Workshops and SIGs)
  2. Main Conference Sessions
  3. Poster Sessions

1. Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (3.5 Hours)

Submission Deadline: February 15
Notification Date: March 1

Preconference events will take place on Monday, July 24 (morning, afternoon, and evening) and Tuesday, July 25 (morning and afternoon). 

2. Main Conference Session Presentations (45 minutes)

Submission Deadline: March 3
Notification Date: March 24

Main conference sessions will take place on Wednesday, July 26, and Thursday, July 27.

3. Poster Sessions – Displayed Wednesday, July 26, 3:00–5:30 p.m.

Submission Deadline: March 3
Notification Date: March 31

Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48″x72″ bulletin board (push pins are provided) and be present to discuss the display Wednesday, July 26, 3:00–5:30 p.m. (includes the 4:30–5:30 p.m. Exhibit Hall Reception). No equipment or tables will be used in the poster sessions.
