There are three opportunities to present at the HI-TEC conference.

1. [CLOSED] Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (3.5 Hours)

Submission Deadline: February 15
Notification Date: March 1

Preconference events will take place on Monday, July 29 (morning, afternoon, and evening) and Tuesday, July 30 (morning and afternoon).

2. [CLOSED] Main Conference Session Presentations (45 minutes)

Submission Deadline: February 29
Notification Date: March 29

Main conference sessions will take place on Wednesday, July 31, and Thursday, August 1.

3. [CLOSED] Poster Sessions – Displayed Wednesday, July 31, 3:00–5:30 p.m.

Submission Deadline: February 29
Notification Date: March 29

Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48″x72″ bulletin board (push pins are provided) and be present to discuss the display Wednesday, July 31, 3:00–5:30 p.m. (includes the 4:30–5:30 p.m. Exhibit Hall Reception). No equipment or tables will be used in the poster sessions.
