Crown Center is a shopping and entertainment district dominated by its namesake mall, which overlooks a plaza with an ice rink. Family-friendly attractions include the Hallmark Visitors Center, with exhibits on this iconic local brand, and the Coterie Theatre, staging both classic and contemporary shows. Displays at the nearby National World War I Museum include life-size trenches and a walk-through shell crater.

Early departure fee: $75 will apply if attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. A credit card is required in order to book a room. The card will not be charged until check out. Rooms must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Purchase orders not accepted
- A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card will be used for a guarantee to hold your room. It will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Should a hotel room or suite reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, one night’s room plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Travel Information
The Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is approximately 22 miles (30 minutes) from the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel. To get to the hotel, you can take Uber, Lyft, or a taxi.
Driving Directions to the Sheraton KC at Crown Center
The KC Streetcar is free to ride, which means there is no fare to ride on the streetcar as it travels the 2 miles through the heart of downtown.
