HI-TEC 2026 Sessions Proposal Form

All presenters must register for the main conference and pay the presenter registration fee of $625. The lead presenter is responsible for communicating this information to the co-presenters.

Dear Proposer:

Thank you for your interest in presenting a HI-TEC main conference session. Please be aware that this form must be finished in a single session. You will receive a copy of your submission via email.

Requirements/Recommendations:

There is a limit of 2 proposal submissions per key presenter.
All sessions are 45-minutes long. Attendees prefer sessions that have a take away that they can implement in their institution/company.
For profit consultants and vendor presenters are required to exhibit and are limited to one session proposal submission per company. If possible, they should present with a practitioner. Session proposals cannot be a sales pitch.
Each presenter must pay their own registration/travel fees and agree to present in the time slot assigned.
Each presentation must provide their own handouts and post a PDF of their handouts/slides on the Whova app.

Note: Each room will be equipped with an LCD projector for PowerPoints, Internet, sound, screen, podium microphone (if needed), and cable package. Presenter must bring their own laptop.
