Through May 31 — Early Registration
June 1 – July 15 Preregistration
After July 15 Onsite registration
   
All sessions will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort, Orlando, Florida.

Please carefully read these instructions before clicking on the "REGISTER ONLINE" link.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please complete and submit the entire ONLINE Registration Form linked at the bottom of this page to speed your registration. (One form per participant.  Please resubmit the form for additional registrants.)  Incomplete forms cannot be processed.  All forms must include payment or purchase order.  Confirmations will be sent to the registrant.  Invoices will be sent to the billing organization.

For those who need a W-9 form when making payment to HI-TEC, please click here . The HI-TEC Federal ID # is 74-2077794.

If registering online, payment methods are:

  • VISA, MasterCard, and American Express
  • Purchase Order number with billing address and phone

If you choose not to submit online, you may mail or fax your registration using the mailing or faxing information below.

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS


For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply.

  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • A registrant whose cancellation is received by July 15, 2010, will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Individuals whose cancellations are received after July 15 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
  • Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues in their place. Please email hi-tec-registration@cord.org for further details on submitting a substitution request.
