Call for Poster Sessions

When: Wednesday, July 25, 4:30-6:00 P.M. during Technology Showcase reception
Where: Marriott Denver Tech Center, Colorado

Welcome to the HI-TEC Call for Poster Sessions submission process. Please read the guidelines and complete all areas of this form.

Preference will be given to sessions that:

  • Involve collaboration activities between ATE centers/projects, projects/projects, & centers/center or demonstrate collaboration or partnerships
  • Show interdisciplinary approach to technology areas with technician participation

Guidelines:

Poster sessions will be held on Wednesday evening during the Technology Showcase Reception from 4:30-6:00 pm. Large bulletin boards and pushpins will be available to attach your project's documents for presentation. No equipment will be used during poster sessions. Presenters will need to be available during the Showcase to describe their project.

Required information for poster session proposals:

You must have the following information in order to complete the proposal form:

  1. Submitting center(s) or project(s) if applicable
  2. Contact information for person(s) coordinating session
  3. Poster session title (100 characters max)
  4. Description for program (100 words max)
  5. Facilitator(s)/instructor(s) – name(s) and contact information. If you don't have names, please submit the number of facilitators(s)/instructor(s) and your expected composition (i.e. educator, center personnel, industry leaders, technicians, etc.) The program committee will need more detailed speaker information prior to registration opening in February if you don't have it now.

Submitters may go into the online form and print it before trying to complete the form, since it has to be completed in a single session and may time-out if it's not finished in a short time.
