HI-TEC 2010 will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate July 26-29.
Surrounded by 36 holes of championship Orlando golf, the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and 15 acres of recreation, this four-diamond resort is one of the nation's premier golf, meeting and leisure retreats. Guests will enjoy the 850 foot Lazy River with shooting water cannons to rainbows of arched waterspouts and an exhilarating waterfall.

Complimentary scheduled shuttle transportation is provided to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. The resort is located just 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just 20 minutes from Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Reservation Policies

- Purchase orders not accepted.

- One night's deposit is required upon booking. Guest credit cards will be billed upon arrival for room and tax.

- If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.


TRAVEL RESERVATIONS


Airline

Orlando is serviced by the Orlando International Airport (MCO), with many airlines available. If booking on American Airlines, use American Starfile #A6970AQ to receive a 5% discount on round-trip coach fare tickets.

Airport Transportation

Mears Motor Shuttle is available to and from the Omni for $33.00 roundtrip per person. A $4.00 discount coupon is available. Please see the coupon for instructions. Attendees can print off a coupon and bring with them to the airport or create a reservation online at http://www.mearstransportation.com using the code on the coupon. If you use this option, the discounted roundtrip price is $29.00 a person. A one way price is $20 per adult and there is no discount available.

Taxis are approximately $77 each way.
